Regain MISS Messaging — Data Deletion

If you sent a Direct message to a clinic through Regain MISS Messaging, you can ask us to delete it. That includes our test account @regainteam.

How to ask

E-mail anton@regain.ai with the subject «Delete my Instagram data». Please include:

  1. your Instagram username;
  2. the account you wrote to (for example @regainteam);
  3. roughly when you wrote.

We match your request to the conversation and delete your messages, your Instagram-scoped id and the AI replies to you. We confirm by e-mail within 30 days.

If a law requires a clinic to keep a record of your care, we tell you what is kept and why. The record is then held only for that purpose.

Removing the app's access

You did not install this app and you did not give it any access to your own Instagram account. It only receives the messages you send to a connected business account. To stop sending us messages, stop writing to that account or block it in Instagram.

Business accounts that connected their Page to the app can remove it at any time. On Facebook, go to Settings → Business Integrations and remove «Regain MISS Messaging». Then e-mail anton@regain.ai to have the stored conversations deleted.
