MISS: Medical Information System and Services

One system for clinics and patients

The clinic ecosystem: eight modules that work with one patient record, one database, and one AI agent, Cortex. What sets MISS apart is not any single module — it is that they all actually work together. Implementation starts with one module — the rest are switched on in settings, with no clinic shutdown.

Architecture

Why 'all-in-one' is not marketing

When a test result is in one system and the patient chart in another, the doctor doesn't see a critical value at the moment it matters. When marketing data lives in a spreadsheet, no one knows which channel brings patients. MISSMedical Information System and Services eliminates these gaps architecturally: every module reads and writes to one database.

The patient app is separate from the clinic modules and works from the same patient record: the patient's morning self-report is already in the chart when the doctor opens it — no call, no asking again. The architecture is built for how clinics work, down to receipts from the cash register (fiscal integration).

Scheduling

  1. Smart slot
  2. Day summary
  3. Booking in the grid

Scheduling & Front Desk

The entire queue on one screen, in real time. Columns update instantly. Booking from call to confirmation in one minute: search in the shared patient register, service with price, available doctor slots, payment method. Smart slot ranks doctors by availability and marks the best option with trade-off labels.

Medical records

  1. Suggest treatment
  2. Paused visits
  3. Cortex commands
  4. Vitals

Patient Chart

Full patient chart: complaints, examination, diagnosis, plan — on one screen. Structured visit notes. Three input methods: per-field voice dictation, manual entry, ready templates. AI suggests a diagnosis (primary, competing, coexisting) with its ICD (International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision) code and a treatment plan. Nothing enters the chart until the doctor confirms it.

Laboratory

  1. AI suggestions
  2. Rationale
  3. Order total

Laboratory

From tube to result — no paper, no manual transfer. Worklist with priorities (urgent/routine), barcode scanner, results entry with instant automatic validation against reference ranges. Quality control dashboard with Levey-Jennings charts of control results. A critical value stays flagged until the doctor acknowledges it and reads the value back.

The demo shows the ordering side: a doctor orders labs from the visit chart.

Finance

  1. Days until payment
  2. Denied claims
  3. Denial causes

Finance & Revenue Cycle

Receivables, denials, and cashier — in one circuit, not in spreadsheets. Revenue dashboard: days until payment, denied claims, payment by payer. Automatic match suggestions during bank reconciliation. Refunds: one person creates the request, another confirms.

Call Center

  1. Average handle time
  2. Abandoned in queue
  3. Load by hour
  4. Call topics

Call Center

Live supervisor dashboard: who is on the line, who is overloaded, where response-time targets are missed. Load heatmap by hour and day. Metrics: average call length, time to answer, share of callers who hang up before an answer, caller satisfaction. Missed calls automatically become callback tasks. Telegram chats with response-time tracking.

Client relations

  1. Funnel stage
  2. Lead card
  3. New lead

Client Relations & Marketing

Every lead has a source. Every channel has an acquisition cost. Leads by channel, and how many become patients. Campaigns (text messages, Telegram, WhatsApp, email) with automated patient return triggers. Approved template library — the operator cannot write anything on their own.

Business intelligence

  1. Net collections
  2. Revenue by branch
  3. Attributed leads
  4. Conversion rate

Business Intelligence

Metrics, reports, and dashboards — no developer, with AI assistance. Metric catalog with formulas over clinic data. Scheduled reports with run history. Customizable dashboards. Cortex can create a new widget from a single sentence and add it to the board.

Formalizer

  1. Ready-made templates
  2. Document type
  3. QR (quick-response) code for verification

Formalizer

Formalizer builds the clinic's medical documents from templates. The doctor writes the content; the layout and form are part of the brand — that's the clinic's responsibility. Template library with immutable built-in and editable copies. Constructor with live preview. Completeness check, per-edit review. The document is assembled on the fly — it doesn't exist as a stored file anywhere. PDF delivered to the patient.

In the demo, Formalizer is a panel in the doctor's visit chart.

AI at the core

Cortex — an agent, not a chatbot

Most 'AI assistants' in healthcare are chatbots. They answer questions. Cortex is fundamentally different — it sees clinic data across all modules and takes actions. The person using it confirms every action; clinical ones are confirmed by the doctor. 90 clinical tools across 26 domains, 9 access roles.

Cortex in the call center: ready commands for calls, leads, and patient win-back.
  1. Ready-made commands
  2. Win back patients
  3. Call statuses
Cortex at the doctor's workspace: order labs, dictate orders, suggest a diagnosis.
  1. Order labs
  2. Suggest a diagnosis
  3. Visit stages

Questions clinics ask

Because MISSMedical Information System and Services (Medical Information System and Services) adapts to how doctors work, not the other way round. Systems usually get abandoned when they ask more of the doctor than paper does: extra fields, extra clicks, switching between windows.

In MISSMedical Information System and Services the doctor can simply talk: the system records the visit, transcribes the speech and sorts it into the sections of the exam form, and the doctor reviews and signs. The keyboard is still there, but it is no longer the only way to keep the chart.

Prices, and the terms on which they may change, are set out in the contract. Besides the subscription there is a perpetual licence, for clinics that would rather not depend on monthly payments.

Data is stored encrypted and access-controlled. Your data is yours: export all of it at any time, free, in standard formats such as CSV (comma-separated values) and PDF, so you can move to another system. We delete it on request. We keep clients through product quality, not by making it hard to leave.

No. Replacing working equipment for the sake of new software is money wasted.

MISSMedical Information System and Services works on top of what you already have. Analyzer results come in over ASTM (the analyzer standard) and HL7 (Health Level Seven, the health-data standard), data is exchanged with 1C accounting, and everything comes together in a single dashboard. Your equipment stays where it is — its data just reaches the doctor faster.

No. AI suggests — diagnosis, orders, treatment plan. The doctor confirms or rejects each suggestion. No action that changes patient data is executed without the doctor's confirmation.

You do not need to shut anything down. MISSMedical Information System and Services is modular: you can start with scheduling and reception, then add the lab and finance later.

Each module is switched on in settings, with no rebuild. Integration with your current systems — 1C, lab analyzers, telephony — runs in parallel with everyday clinic work.
