Terms of Use — Regain, Inc.
Effective: 21 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms are between you and Regain, Inc. ("Regain", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. Its registered address is 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, United States (the address of our registered agent). Contact: anton@regain.ai.
They cover:
- regained.tech, our website, including its data room, and its mirror www.regain.ai;
- demo.regained.tech, the public demo of MISS, our medical information system;
- app.regained.tech, the MISS staff app;
- health.regained.tech, the MISS patient portal.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data on them. By using any of them, you accept these Terms.
Salomatic, LLC, a company of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is our affiliate in Uzbekistan. It licenses MISS to Regain, Inc. and employs the engineering team that builds and runs MISS.
If your organisation has a contract for MISS with us or with Salomatic, LLC, that contract governs your organisation's use of the staff app and the patient portal, and it prevails over these Terms where they differ.
2. MISS is in alpha
MISS is in alpha. Features may change, be paused or be withdrawn, and some may not work as described. Tell us at anton@regain.ai when something does not.
3. The website
The website and its data room describe our company and products. They are information, not an offer to sell securities or services. Figures marked as estimates or potential are our own estimates, not forecasts or promises. Our AI medication titration software for cardiovascular care is investigational and not FDA-authorized.
4. The public demo
- The demo holds synthetic data only: every clinic, patient and record in it is invented. Do not enter real personal or health data.
- Demo accounts are not private: other visitors may use the same accounts, so anything you enter may be seen by others. We may reset or change the demo at any time.
- We record how the demo is used, as the Privacy Notice explains.
5. The staff app and the patient portal
- Accounts are issued by the organisation that uses MISS. Your organisation decides what you can see and do, and may close your account.
- Keep your sign-in details and second factor to yourself, and tell your organisation and us at once if you think someone else has used them.
- You use the staff app for your organisation's work. You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you enter.
- The patient portal is offered by your clinic. Questions about your record and your care go to your clinic.
6. Not medical advice, not emergency care
MISS supports clinicians; it does not replace their judgement. Its AI features draft, summarise and suggest; a qualified professional decides. Nothing on these services is a diagnosis or a prescription for you. We do not claim that MISS or any of its features is cleared, approved or authorized as a medical device by the FDA or by any other regulator. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access an account, an organisation's data or any part of the services you are not authorised to use;
- probe, scan, disrupt or overload the services, or try to get around their security;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it;
- upload anything unlawful or that you have no right to share;
- use the services to send spam or automated requests.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and tell the organisation concerned.
8. Ownership
The software, the website and their content belong to Regain, Inc. or to Salomatic, LLC, which licenses MISS to us. Using the services gives you no ownership of them. Data that an organisation enters into MISS remains that organisation's.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent permitted by law:
- we provide the services "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data;
- our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the greater of USD 100 and the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in them takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived. If your organisation has a contract with us, that contract's liability terms apply to it instead.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes go to the courts of Delaware. This does not limit rights you have under the mandatory law of your country, including any right it gives you to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
11. Changes and contact
We may change these Terms. We publish each change on this page with a new effective date; using the services after that means you accept the change. Where the law requires us to tell you of a change in advance or to ask for your agreement, we do so. Organisations with a contract are told of changes as their contract says.
